Bolognese Pizza

With AllaRaffi Bolognese Sauce

Materials

  • Pizza dough (homemade or ready-made)
  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Bolognese Sauce
  • Sliced mushroom
  • Sliced black olives
  • Sliced sausage
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
 

Recipe

 
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the baking tray. If your pizza dough is frozen, follow the instructions on the package and let the dough thaw.
  3. Spread AllaRaffi Bolognese Sauce on the dough. Using a spatula or a flat-sided knife, be careful to spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Spread sliced mushrooms, olives and sausage slices evenly on the pizza dough. You can use a spatula or spoon to sprinkle the ingredients over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Distribute the cheese evenly over the sauce and other ingredients.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15-20 minutes until the pizza edges are browned and the cheese melts. Baking time may vary depending on the power of the oven and the thickness of the pizza dough used.
  7. After the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and serve by slicing it using a knife or pizza cutter.
  8. Serve hot and optionally with red pepper or grated parmesan cheese.
