Oven Pasta

With AllaRaffi Tomato Sauce

Materials

  • 500 grams of pasta (your choice, such as spaghetti, penne or farfalle)
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (grated or sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil /li>
  • Salt and pepper<
 

Recipe

 
  1. Boil plenty of water in a large pot and add some salt. Cook the pasta to al dente for the time specified on the package.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside. Lightly grease the baking tray or line it with baking paper.
  3. Spread the cooked pasta on the bottom of the tray. Add AllaRaffi Tomato Sauce on top and mix well with the pasta, ensuring the sauce spreads all over.
  4. Sprinkle sliced or grated mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Make sure the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the pasta.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese melts and turns golden. This can usually take about 20-25 minutes, but time may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the pasta.
  6. After removing from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves and serve hot.
  7. Optionally, you can serve with extra grated parmesan cheese or chopped parsley.
