Shrimp with Pesto Sauce

With AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce

Materials

  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce
  • 500 grams of jumbo shrimp (shelled and cored)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
 

Recipe

 
  1. . Clean the jumbo shrimps and remove the insides. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Once the shrimp are cooked, add fresh lemon juice and optional white wine to the pan. Make sure the shrimp are thoroughly coated with the sauce on all sides.
  4. Add AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce to the pan and mix well with the shrimps. Cook for a few more minutes to allow the sauce to heat through.
  5. Place the pesto sauce shrimps on a serving plate. Sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley on top and serve hot. You can serve it with fresh bread or pasta.
