Arrabbiata Chicken

With AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce

Materials

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
 

Recipe

 
  1. To prepare the chicken breasts, remove the skin and fatty parts and remove the sinews. Then wash the chicken breasts and dry them with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Apply the sauce mixture you prepared for marinating evenly all over the chicken breasts. Rub the chicken with your hands to coat it well, then place it in a lidded container in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is marinated, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until golden on each side, about 5-6 minutes. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. While the chicken is cooking, add the marinade sauce to the pan and cover the chicken with the sauce. Make sure the sauce spreads all over the chicken and cook the sauce with the chicken over low heat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  7. When the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens, place the chicken on a serving plate. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top and serve with rice or green salad.
