Arrabbiata Penne

With AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce

Materials

  • 400 grams penne pasta
  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
 

Recipe

 
  1. Boil penne pasta in a large pot, adding plenty of water and salt, according to package instructions. Cook until the pasta is al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and sauté until the garlic is lightly browned.
  3. Once the garlic is browned, add the AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce to the pan. Heat the sauce by stirring and cook for a few minutes to release the flavors of the sauce.
  4. Add boiled penne pasta into the sauce and mix well. Make sure all sides of the pasta are covered with sauce and ensure that the sauce penetrates the pasta thoroughly.
  5. Place the pasta on serving plates. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil leaves on top and optionally add grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve hot and you can serve it with fresh bread or green salad.
