With AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce

Materials

  • Pizza dough (homemade or ready-made)
  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (grated)
 

Recipe

 
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking tray or pizza stone. You can roll out the dough to the desired thickness with your hand or with the help of a rolling pin.
  3. Spread AllaRaffi Arrabbiata Sauce on the pizza dough. Using a spatula or a flat-sided knife, spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Spread sliced pepperoni and jalapeno peppers evenly over the sauce. You can use a spatula or spoon to sprinkle the ingredients over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Distribute the cheese evenly over the sauce and other ingredients.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15-20 minutes until the pizza edges are browned and the cheese melts. Baking time may vary depending on the power of the oven and the thickness of the pizza dough used.
  7. After the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and serve by slicing it using a knife or pizza cutter.
  8. Serve hot and optionally with fresh thyme leaves or grated parmesan cheese.
