Bolognese Pasta Bake

With AllaRaffi Bolognese Sauce

Materials

  • 500 grams of pasta (your choice, such as spaghetti, penne or farfalle)
  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Bolognese Sauce
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (grated or sliced)
  • 100 grams of parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves (chopped or whole)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
 

Recipe

 
  1. Boil plenty of water in a large pot and add some salt. Cook the pasta to al dente for the time specified on the package.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside. Lightly grease the baking tray or line it with baking paper.
  3. Spread the pasta on the bottom of the tray and add AllaRaffi Bolognese Sauce. Stir to ensure the sauce spreads all over the pasta.
  4. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the pasta. Make sure the cheese is evenly distributed throughout.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the top turns golden. This time will be enough for the cheese to melt and the bottom of the pasta to brown slightly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil leaves before serving hot.
  7. Serve by slicing or spooning, and optionally with extra parmesan cheese.
