Chicken Penne with Pesto Sauce

With AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce

Materials

  • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce
  • 300 grams penne pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
 

Recipe

 
  1. Boil the penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the boiled pasta and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and golden on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add fresh spinach leaves to the chicken and sauté for a few minutes until slightly wilted.
  4. Add AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce to the pan and ensure all ingredients are mixed well. After the sauce heats up, add the boiled penne pasta and mix well with the sauce.
  5. Place chicken penne pasta with pesto sauce on serving plates. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and serve hot immediately.
