Pizza with Pesto Sauce

Materials

• • 1 bottle of AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • 110-12 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oi

Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a greased baking tray or pizza stone.
3. Spread AllaRaffi Pesto Sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Leave some space around the edges.
4. Place sliced mozzarella cheese on the pizza dough. Then add halved cherry tomatoes and more pesto if you wish.
5. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the edges are browned and the cheese is melted.
6. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on the pizza you take out of the oven and drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve hot.
